This beautiful, contemporary free-standing office building is our main office, featuring our Beachwood medical office, medical spa, and AAAASF-accredited ambulatory surgery center. Out of town patients can stay in any of several hotels, including an adjacent Marriott.

Exit I-271 at the Chagrin Boulevard exit. The first street west of the freeway is Park East Drive. Turn south onto Park East Drive, and our building will be on your right.
Conveniently situated within the Crocker Park Mall in Westlake, Ohio (but located on the third floor of the Whitlock building to maintain your privacy), our Westlake office also features a unique fusion of a clean, efficient medical environment with a luxurious, comfortable boutique spa vibe. Directions to Our Westlake Office
Exit I-90 at the Crocker Park Boulevard exit, head south and pass Detroit Road, then turn into Crocker Park on Union Street. Continue through the stoplight and park in the Union Street garage on the left. Exit the first floor of the garage via the stairwell and enter the Whitlock Building (next to Liquid Planet). We are located on the 3rd floor of the Whitlock Building, above Brio and Liquid Planet.
