Out of Town

The staff at Beachwood Plastic Surgery is happy to assist with plans for travel and accommodations for patients visiting from out of town. Cleveland Hopkins International airport is approximately 25 minutes from our facility. Our facility is not only adjacent to a major highway (Interstate 271), but also is nestled between two major hotels (the Marriott Residence Inn and DoubleTree by Hilton). Upon request, we are happy to provide nursing assistance for the early postoperative period. We are a skilled medical staff well-versed in customer care and ready to assist you through the process of traveling to Cleveland for your surgery.

Get Started

We understand it is not always convenient to travel to Cleveland to have a consult with Dr. Goldman and then travel back for surgery. Dr. Goldman is able to offer virtual consultations to evaluate and discuss the surgical options for you. If you have questions about this service please contact us, and our patient care coordinator will assist you.

Step One:

Send us your information and photographs securely.

Click the link below for our personalized virtual consultation service. This generates a secure, private mechanism for you to submit the necessary New Patient Paperwork and series of close up photographs needed for Dr. Goldman to evaluate your area of concern and provide procedure options. Photographs should be taken by another individual (no ‘selfies’) with a point & shoot camera whenever possible. They should be on a neutral background and clearly show the area from the front, side and oblique views.

Our patient care coordinator Lisa (lsivik@drgoldman.com) will generate an encryped email once you use the link above. Simply create a password and reply to the email you receive.

Step Two:

Receive a personalized response from our office.

Once we review your information, photos and goals, Dr. Goldman will contact you with his recommendations. You will also receive a price quote and talk with our nursing staff about any pre and post-operative instructions you need. Often this can all be completed via secure email, but Dr. Goldman is also available for a phone conversation if desired. We will make sure all your questions are answered and you have the information you need to make a decision.

Step Three:

Reserve a surgery date.

Our patient care coordinator will work closely with you to arrange a convenient time for your surgery. You will then receive a packet of information tailored to your surgical plan. This will contain any pre-operative tests and information you need before your surgery as well as what to expect after your procedure.

Step Four:

Meet in person.

The day or two before your surgery you will have an appointment with Dr. Goldman for an in-person consultation and evaluation. At this visit Dr. Goldman will answer any of your questions and review and confirm your surgical plan.

Accommodations

Our office is very near several hotels here in Beachwood, Ohio. The DoubleTree by Hilton, Marriot Residence Inn are both within walking distance of our office.
