When you come in for a consult, treatment or procedure, you are greeted by a number of friendly faces. Behind those friendly faces, you may notice Beachwood and Westlake Plastic Surgery Practice Manager Jessica Morris running from one task to the next keeping the ship sailing. Jessica, also warm and well loved by patients, leads the staff in day-to-day operations and does so with grace, professionalism, and strong sense of patient care amidst the plethora of daily dealings in the office.
Since 2008, Jessica has worked closely with Dr. Goldman to build an exceptional staff, a brand of cutting edge patient service and experience, and an impeccably efficient practice. While she often remains behind the scenes overcoming obstacles, supporting the medical and administrative staff, and keeping everyone organized, she is an integral component to the success of Beachwood and Westlake Plastic Surgery.
Jessica’s involvement with both Beachwood and Westlake offices is extensive. She writes, “I love the diversity of my job. I have a little bit to do with every department on a daily basis.”
Between the clinical and administrative elements of both offices, Jessica is able to look at the big picture while maintaining a focus on patient care. Her insights into the patient’s experience, the needs of Dr. Goldman and her colleagues, and the advanced treatments and procedures available, allow for a truly integrated practice that continues to flourish and expand its offerings.
Jessica works to evaluate office priorities, set goals for the staff, and identify areas for opportunities that will deliver the best results for our patients.
She refers to her colleagues at Beachwood and Westlake Plastic Surgery as a second family because, working as a team, everyone is focused on doing a great job and delivering exceptional service. Jessica is the backbone of the staff, a true leader with a passion for perfection and outstanding patient care.
While working full-time at Dr. Goldman’s office, Jessica earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. At home, she is a doting mother to two beautiful boys. She and her husband, who is also in the medical field, share a passion for sustainable practices and the outdoors.
