Rhinoplasty: Case 7
Open Rhinoplasty
This patient had significant nasal obstruction from a septal deviation that is especially visible from the left side view. She also had a prominent dorsal hump (bump on the bridge of the nose) and mild tip bulbosity (fullness of the tip) and columellar show (excess visibility of the area of skin in the middle between the nostrils). These issues were corrected with an open rhinoplasty and septoplasty (septorhinoplasty).

Rhinoplasty: Case 21
Open Rhinoplasty
This patient had nasal breathing difficulties and aesthetic concerns which were corrected with open septorhinoplasty, including removing a dorsal hump (bump on the bridge of the nose), reducing the width of the nose, reducing nostril size, and rotating the tip of the nose upward. Postoperative photos are approximately one year after surgery.
Rhinoplasty: Case 23
Open Rhinoplasty
This patient underwent open rhinoplasty to reduce a prominent dorsal hump (bump on the bridge), make the nose smaller, and rotate the tip of the nose upwards. The patient did not want the nose to look artificial. The septum was also straightened to improve breathing.
Rhinoplasty: Case 55
Open Rhinoplasty
This patient is shown before, and 3 months after, open rhinoplasty with narrowing of the nose, smoothing of a small bump on the bridge, refinement of the tip, and nostril reduction.
