Jessica Morris, MBA
Practice Manager

Jessica joined Dr. Goldman’s practice in 2008 and has over 10 years experience in the medical field. She is here to ensure that each patient is receiving the very best care from our office.

Jodi joined Dr. Goldman’s practice in 2012 bringing over 10 years Operating Room experience to run our AAAASF credentialed in-office surgery suite. She provides continuity of care by seeing patients before, during and after surgery. She is also one of our nurse injectors, performing cosmetic injections of Botox/Dysport and Fillers.

Kristen joined Dr. Goldman’s practice in February 2018 bringing with her over 12 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.  She is certified as a nurse injector for cosmetic injections including a wide range of fillers as well as Botox/Dysport at our Westlake and Beachwood locations.  Kristen has many years experience in nutrition counselling, weight loss, and functional medicine.

Jodi has worked with Dr. Goldman since before he started his private practice in 2006. She is very patient focused and besides facilitating patient appointments also handles all our insurance precertifications. She is also certified to perform CoolSculpting procedures.

Since 2013 Brittany has been the face at the front desk of both our Beachwood and Westlake locations. She is often the friendly voice on the other end of the line when you call. Both upbeat and detail oriented Brittany can assist with any appointments or direct your questions to the appropriate staff member.

Since December of 2014, Stephanie is often one of the first faces you see at both our Beachwood and Westlake locations. Her energetic vibe makes for a great first impression on our patients. Stephanie is able to schedule appointments as needed, as well as answer or direct any questions you may have.

Brooke joined our team in October 2018 and has over 16 years of experience in the business/marketing field. Kristine joined our team in July of 2018 from South Florida. She brings over 20 years of bedside hospital nursing experience to the front desk, as well as an absolute love of helping others. She is typically at our Beachwood office and answers all of your questions online via email inquiries. She is more than happy to schedule appointments or direct you to the appropriate staff member for all of your needs!

Julie has been performing laser hair removal for over 9 years and with Dr. Goldman since 2007. As a Cosmetic Therapist licensed by the State of Ohio Medical Board, Julie’s training provides a superior level of care for our patients. Julie is also adept at making patients feel comfortable during their laser treatment as she sees patients at both the Beachwood and Westlake locations.

Linn has worked with Dr. Goldman since before he started his private practice in 2006. She is responsible for coordination of billing for the practice, both insurance and the reconciliation of cosmetic invoices. You will often see her at the end of your appointment at the Beachwood office, or talk to her on the phone.

Natalie joined Dr. Goldman’s practice in 2007 after immigrating to the United States from the Ukraine where she worked as a nurse. Fluent in English, Russian and Ukranian, Natalie has a European approach to skin care and her practice focuses on Ulthera, Chemical Peels, Micro-needling, Facials and Waxing. She is also a certified CoolSculpting technician.

She has over 15  years of experience as a medical aesthetician and holds a deep passion for skincare. She takes time with each client to educate them on available products and treatments that will improve skin tone and texture and then customizes a treatment plan to meet their needs.

Shannon joined our team in 2016. She previously worked at The Cleveland Clinic  where she spent over 6 years in the operating room. Shannon will be with you throughout your surgical experience from pre-op vitals to your post-op discussions.
